76n1 Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules and Guidelines

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Platform" refers to the website, services, and products made available by 76n1; "User" means any person who registers for or uses the platform; "Account" means the individual profile created by the user at registration; "Balance" means the funds available in the user's account for betting and withdrawals.

By registering at 76n1, the user confirms they have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each product available on the platform. Acceptance is a mandatory condition for using any service of the 76n1.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and 76n1 and supersede any prior communication, verbal or written, related to the use of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and specific promotion or product rules, the specific rules shall prevail with respect to the matter in question.

To create an account on 76n1 and use the platform's services, the user must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be on any sports betting or casino self-exclusion list;
• Not be an employee, partner, or first-degree relative of an employee of 76n1 or its direct suppliers;
• Provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

Registration is personal and non-transferable. Each user may hold only one active account at 76n1. Creating multiple accounts under the same user — even with different details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being blocked and any accumulated balances and bonuses being cancelled.

The 76n1 reserves the right to request additional documents to verify a user's identity at any time, especially before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), passport, and proof of address issued within the last 90 days.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) confidential. Any activity carried out using the user's credentials is considered to have been performed by the user, except in cases of proven third-party fraud reported immediately to the support team at 76n1.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the support team at 76n1 by email at suporte@76n1.net. The platform may temporarily lock the account while the situation is investigated to protect the user's balance.

The user agrees not to share their credentials with third parties, not to use the account for unauthorized commercial purposes, not to place bets on behalf of another person, and not to attempt to circumvent any security measures implemented by the 76n1.

The platform may log access behavior, including IP address and devices used, for security and fraud prevention purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy of 76n1.

All amounts on the platform 76n1 are denominated in Brazilian reais (R$). The minimum deposit is R$ 10.00 per transaction. The 76n1 does not charge fees on deposits made through the methods available on the platform.

The available deposit methods are:

• Pix — instant confirmation, available 24 hours;
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 3 business hours;
• Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo) — confirmation within 5 minutes;
• PicPay — confirmation within 5 minutes;
• Mercado Pago — confirmation within 5 minutes.

For withdrawals, the standard method is Pix, processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. VIP Ouro Program members receive priority withdrawals, and VIP Diamante members receive processing within 5 minutes.

The 76n1 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or when there are signs of atypical account activity. This measure is in place to protect the user and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Bets placed on the 76n1 are final once the ticket is confirmed by the system. The user is responsible for reviewing all bet details — event, market, selection, and stake — before confirming. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the Cash Out feature is available for that specific bet.

The 76n1 reserves the right to cancel or void bets in the following situations:

• Obvious odds publication errors (prices clearly out of line with the market);
• Official cancellation of the event by the organizing body;
• Indefinite suspension of the event with no confirmed resumption date;
• Evidence of match-fixing or irregularity in the event;
• A technical failure that affected the integrity of the bet.

Bets on cancelled events are refunded in full to the user's account balance. In the event of a postponement, the sport-specific settlement rules apply as documented in the detailed rules for each sport available on the 76n1.

For live betting, odds are updated continuously and reflect the real-time state of the event. The 76n1 may temporarily suspend live betting during high-volatility moments such as goals, red cards, or injuries. Bets confirmed before the suspension are valid at the odds recorded at the time of confirmation.

Cash Out is a feature that allows users to settle a bet before the final result. The Cash Out value is calculated based on current odds and may be lower or higher than the original stake, depending on how the event unfolds. Cash Out availability is not guaranteed for all bets and may be removed at the discretion of the 76n1 in atypical market conditions.

The 76n1 may periodically offer bonuses and promotions to its users. Each promotion has its own specific rules, which are disclosed at the time of the offer and should be read carefully before acceptance. By accepting a bonus, the user agrees to the specific terms of that promotion.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses at the 76n1, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the credit date, unless otherwise stated;
• The standard minimum rollover is 3× the bonus amount on bets with minimum odds of 1.50;
• Cancelled, refunded, or fully Cashed Out bets do not count toward the rollover;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts;
• Each promotion may be used only once per user, CPF, or residential address;
• The 76n1 reserves the right to cancel bonuses in cases of abuse or violation of the Terms.

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: betting on opposing outcomes to guarantee profit regardless of the result ("surebetting" with bonuses), using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and using automation to complete rollover requirements. Any of these practices may result in bonus cancellation and, in serious cases, account closure.

The VIP Program at 76n1 offers additional benefits to users who choose to subscribe to one of the available plans (VIP Ouro and VIP Diamante). Enrollment in the VIP Program is optional and carries a monthly fee as described on the program page.

VIP Program cashback is calculated on the net volume of qualifying bets for the month and credited by the 5th of the following month. The credited cashback amount is available for betting or withdrawal with no additional rollover. The 76n1 reserves the right to adjust the cashback calculation rules with at least 15 days' prior notice.

Users may cancel the VIP Program at any time without penalty. Benefits for the period already paid remain active until the end of the monthly cycle. Pro-rated refunds of monthly fees are not available for cancellations made during an active billing period.

VIP Program benefits, including boosted odds and cashback, are for personal use only and cannot be transferred. The 76n1 may revoke access to the VIP Program in the event of a breach of these Terms, with a proportional refund of the monthly fee for the unused period.

Use of the platform 76n1 is permitted for entertainment and personal betting purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and cancellation of balances:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent betting limits;
• Use of automation, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform;
• Bets placed on events involving insider information or participation in match-fixing;
• Use of the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties;
• Use of a VPN or proxy to bypass geographic restrictions;
• Any attempt to systematically exploit technical glitches or odds errors;
• Registration by users under 18 or use of the platform by third parties on behalf of minors.

The 76n1 monitors behavioral patterns that may indicate misuse. If any of the above practices are identified, the platform may preventively block the account, hold pending withdrawals during the investigation, and report to the relevant authorities when there is evidence of illicit activity.

The user may close their account at 76n1 at any time by requesting account closure through support via email. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled normally and the available balance will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of full identity verification.

The 76n1 may close a user's account in the following situations: violation of these Terms; identification of fraud, money laundering, or misuse; registration by a minor; or prolonged inactivity of more than 24 months with no account activity. In the event of closure due to a serious violation, balances derived from bonuses or abusive practices may be cancelled, but the user's own deposit balance will be returned following an investigation.

Accounts closed at the user's own request may be reinstated upon a new request, except in cases of permanent responsible gambling self-exclusion, which are irreversible.

The 76n1 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognize that, for a minority of users, betting can shift from entertainment to problematic behavior, and the platform offers concrete tools to help those who need it.

The responsible gambling tools available on 76n1 include:

• Deposit limit — set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit;
• Voluntary pause — block account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days with a single click;
• Temporary self-exclusion — longer break periods set with a cool-off period before reversal;
• Permanent self-exclusion — a definitive and irreversible account closure at the user's own request;
• Complete betting history and financial transaction records available at any time.

The 76n1 makes every effort to keep the platform available, stable, and secure. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for losses arising from: temporary outages due to scheduled maintenance, user internet connection failures, force majeure events such as natural disasters or external cyberattacks, or processing delays caused by third parties (banks, payment processors).

The 76n1 is not responsible for betting decisions made by the user. Betting involves financial risk and outcomes are unpredictable. No information, statistics, or analysis provided on the platform constitutes a guarantee of financial return.

In the event of a technical failure resulting in incorrect balance credits or incorrect bet processing, the 76n1 reserves the right to correct the error regardless of the current account balance, notifying the user of the correction details.

The 76n1 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in services, legal requirements, or platform practices. Material changes will be communicated to users at least 15 days in advance via registered email and a prominent notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account before the new Terms take effect without any penalty, and your available balance will be processed for withdrawal as normal.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the /terms-conditions of the 76n1, with the date of the last revision clearly indicated at the top of the document.
