Identity verification data (KYC): prior to your first withdrawal or in specific security situations, we may request a copy of a government-issued ID (RG, CNH, or passport) and proof of address. These documents are stored in encrypted form and used exclusively for identity verification.

- Protection of rights: in the event of a fraud, money laundering, or Terms of Use violation investigation, data may be shared with security partners or law enforcement authorities when necessary to protect the platform and its users.
Some technology infrastructure providers may be located outside Brazil. When this occurs, 76n1 ensures that transfers are made only to countries with an adequate level of data protection or under specific contractual protection clauses, as required by the LGPD.
The 76n1 implements technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. The main measures currently in place include:

The 76n1 retains personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy and to meet applicable legal obligations. General retention periods are:
- Registration and KYC verification data: retained for 5 years after account closure, as required by anti-money laundering compliance regulations;
- Financial transaction history: retained for 5 years in accordance with Brazilian tax and regulatory obligations;
- Betting history: retained for 2 years after account closure for dispute resolution and audit purposes;
- Customer support data: retained for 2 years after the support interaction is closed;

If 76n1 identify that data from a user under 18 has been collected, the account will be immediately closed and all data will be deleted, except for the minimum necessary to document the closure for minor protection purposes.
